EmployWise collects personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name, work address and/or telephone number. This is available to us only when you’ve volunteered for it.
Additionally, EmployWise collects location data only after you’ve volunteered to share it with us. The location data is used by EmployWise only and specifically to Mark your Attendance. This feature captures your location when the application is open and in device background when the application is closed to Mark your Attendance In and Out.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by EmployWise. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by EmployWise for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the EmployWise website.
In the event that you contact us for customer support through the website, we may also request that you provide additional User Information relevant to the support requested by you. Users are under no obligation to provide such information. However, we cannot guarantee that we can provide customer support in the event that relevant information related to the use of our products or services is withheld. We may retain communications relating to customer support, and/or information drawn from such communications, for statistical and/or reference purposes.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through EmployWise public message boards or forums, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: EmployWise does not read your private online communications with others.
EmployWise encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites/applications you choose to link to from EmployWise so that you can understand how those websites/applications collect, use and share your information. EmployWise is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites/applications outside of the Global Groupware Solution Limited websites/applications or the use of your information by such outside websites/applications.
EmployWise collects and uses your personal information to operate the EmployWise website and mobile application to deliver the services you have requested. EmployWise may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from EmployWise and its affiliates. EmployWise may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services.
EmployWise does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. EmployWise may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (email, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, EmployWise may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. EmployWise keeps track of user location and does not share it with any third-party. This data is strictly used to provide you the Attendance Marking service.
EmployWise does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.
EmployWise keeps track of the websites and pages you visit within the Global Groupware Solutions Limited family of websites, in order to determine what EmployWise services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within EmployWise to customers whose behaviour indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
Global Groupware Solutions Limited websites will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on EmployWise or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or properties of Global Groupware Solutions Limited (including enforcing this agreement); and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of EmployWise, or the public.

GGSL will be free to send transactional SMS/e-mail to all the users of the Customers as part of the Service functionality or for seeking feedback or informing them of important developments like new capabilities and service outages from time-to-time.
GGSL will be free to quote the Client’s organisation name and logo on its website, in its marketing collateral and communications, both online and print but limited to the extent of indicating that the Customer is a customer of GGSL. From time to time, the GGSL may invite the Customer to submit user reviews and testimonials or be interviewed on video, print, and feature in case studies or white papers to be used by GGSL to promote its sales through the various online and offline medium. Participation by the Customer in such exercises will be purely voluntary and at the Customer’s discretion.GGSL can send promotional SMS/E-mail to the users to promote its mobile app, new functionality/feature etc.
