Samik Roy is the Chief Operating Office of RS Software, where he is responsible for driving global expansion, forging high-value partnerships and strengthening the company’s leadership in secure, intelligent digital payment infrastructure. He is responsible for global revenue growth and spearheads sales, marketing, product innovation, strategic initiatives, channel development, and delivery excellence at scale.
With over three decades of experience across product, industry and market segments, Samik has held pivotal leadership roles at Microsoft, Oracle and leading Indian organisations. He has built high-performance teams, led billion dollar business and shaped several transformation journeys for various products and market segments.
Earlier in his career, he demonstrated entrepreneurial aglity by establishing the South Asia operations of Global Groupware, a pioneering Indian CRM firm, in Singapore. This formative phase reflects the ability to build businesses from the ground up, navigate ambigiuty and deliver sustained growth.
As a Non-Executive Director on the board of EmployWise, Samik provides strategic and operational insight to support the company’s evolution as a leader in AI-pwered HR technology. His contributions span product positioning, go-to-market strategy and executive mentoring. With rich experience and deep insight into enterprise application selling, he is committed to help EmployWise expand its footprint in India and global markets.
